Credere is the joint property of Pearl Professionals (NZ) Ltd and CODEC (a business division of RHE Infrastructure Services Limited ). The companies have combined their expertise and resources to develop Credere and bring it to the professional communities. Both companies have a mutual interest and commitment to using technology in ways to address social issues and concerns with practical solutions.
Pearl Professionals
Pearl Professionals is a New Zealand based business with specialised knowledge. They have drawn on over 30 years of social work experience in statutory child protection and related fields such as social work education along with over 30 years experience in the information technology sector.
Twenty years ago Pearl Professionals developed a stand alone prototype of Credere using expert systems technology.
Because of a government grant for business and innovation Pearl Professionals was able to introduce Credere to international audiences in Dublin Ireland; San Diego USA; Portsmouth UK, and Adelaide Australia.
The ability to develop Credere as a browser based application has become possible with the CODEC partnership.

CODEC is the software development division of RHE Infrastructure Services Ltd, a New Zealand based Information Technology Company. The company specialises in software development; the modernisation of applications, and systems integration.
